Our treatment

Our hotel offers different accommodation packages to ensure comfort and quality for our guests throughout the day.

Summer – ¾ Board

The package includes:

Breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am
Afternoon brunch from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Dinner with a half-board menu (restaurant access from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm)

Water and other beverages are not included.

Winter – ¾ Board

The package includes:

Breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am
Afternoon snack from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Dinner with a half-board menu (restaurant access from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm)

Water and other beverages are not included.

Bed & Breakfast

Guests choosing the Bed & Breakfast option also enjoy

In summer: afternoon brunch
In winter: afternoon snack

Dinner can be added at a supplement of € 35.00 per person per day, with the same menu offered to half-board guests. The request must be made at check-in and is subject to availability and advance reservation.

Access to our Silhouette Alveis Spa is included in the stay price. The price of the Bed & Breakfast stay per person per day varies according to the season and room category. Feel free to contact us for more information with no obligation

Small animals

20 € per day (Accepted only in rooms without carpet)

Check in-out

It is possible to check-in from 2 pm onwards. For arrivals after 9pm we kindly ask you to contact us by phone.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00.
The reservation is considered valid only after our confirmation and receipt of the deposit

Cancellation and cancellations

In case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged.
In case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation in the 30 days before the date of arrival we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid to us as provided in Civil Code art 1385.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full amount as per the booking contract, minus half board, will be charged
In case of cancellation due to illness, certified injury, restrictions imposed by authorities(inability to move between regions, personal or family quarantine) there will be no penalty.
Any deposit paid will be frozen and can be used with the possibility of unlimited use subject to the number of days of the reservation which must be equal or greater.

Some important information:

Tourist tax: € 2,50 per person / night (from 14 years of age)
From 1 November 2015, the tourist tax must also be paid in Trentino
Breakfast is from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
