Our treatment

We offer half board with a healthy breakfast and delicious dinner.
For guests with bed and breakfast, they will have the opportunity to use our restaurant for dinner at a cost of € 35 per person when checking-in upon request.
For those who wish, we also offer the possibility of lunch in our restaurant with the à la carte menu.
Access to our Silhouette Alveis Spa is included in the price
It is possible to request breakfast in the room and use our bicycles.
The price of the stay per person per day in half board varies according to the periods and the rooms ... call us for information or write to us without obligation!

Small animals

20 € per day (Accepted only in rooms without carpet)

Check in-out

It is possible to check-in from 2 pm onwards. For arrivals after 9pm we kindly ask you to contact us by phone.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00.
Warning! The reservation is valid only after our confirmation having received the deposit.

Cancellation and cancellations

In case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged.
In case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation in the 30 days before the date of arrival we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid to us as provided in Civil Code art 1385.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full amount as per the booking contract, minus half board, will be charged
In case of cancellation due to illness, certified injury, restrictions imposed by authorities(inability to move between regions, personal or family quarantine) there will be no penalty.
Any deposit paid will be frozen and can be used with the possibility of unlimited use subject to the number of days of the reservation which must be equal or greater.

Some important information:

Tourist tax: € 2,50 per person / night (from 14 years of age)
From 1 November 2015, the tourist tax must also be paid in Trentino
Breakfast is from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
Dinner is from 19:00 to 20:30.
